Pallavi Kini has a diverse range of work experience starting in 2014 as an intern at The Coca-Cola Company. Pallavi then went on to work as an intern at NDTV in 2016. In 2018, they worked as a Research Associate Intern at Antal International before transitioning to a role as a Growth Hacker at Talent GPS. At Talent GPS, they managed the entire recruitment lifecycle and pitched strategic recruitment program services to key stakeholders. From 2020 to 2021, Pallavi worked at yellow.ai as a Conversational AI Evangelist, where they executed territory sales plans and managed a database of leads. Following that, they joined Enterprise Bot as a Strategic Alliances, Partnerships & Growth professional, where they utilized communication tools to identify business opportunities and developed working relationships with existing partners. Most recently, they worked at Sprinklr as an Enterprise Sales professional, where they prospect and identified decision-makers, ran outbound campaigns, and maintained CRM reporting. Pallavi is currently working as a Business Development Manager at Expand My Business in the MENA region.
Pallavi Kini completed their Master's Degree in Human Resource Management from Lancaster University between 2014 and 2016. Prior to that, they obtained a B.Com degree in Commerce from Delhi University, which they pursued from 2011 to 2014. Additionally, they have acquired various certifications from LinkedIn, including Atomic Habits (Blinkist Summary), Cold Calling Mastery, Cold Email Prospecting, Customer Success Management Fundamentals, Social Selling with LinkedIn, The 3-Minute Rule: Say Less to Get More, B2B Sales Foundations, and Writing Emails People Want to Read.
