Leticia Suarez

Leticia Suarez has worked in the design industry since 2008. Leticia began their career as a Computer Lab Assistant at Montclair State University in 2008. Leticia then worked as a Design Intern at Daydream Toy in 2009, followed by Product Designer at MZB in 2010. From 2011 to 2014, they worked as an Assistant Design Manager at Toys R Us, then as an Industrial Designer at Ricardo Beverly Hills from 2014 to 2015. Leticia was then a Senior Industrial Designer at Samsonite from 2015 to 2019. In 2021, they became a UI-UX Designer / Graphic Artist at ENERGIME UNIVERSITY, and in 2022 they began working as a UX Designer at ExpatBuddy. Most recently, they have been working as a Freelance UX-UI Design, Graphics, Branding, and Industrial Designer since 2019. During their studies at Brunel University London in 2019, they completed a Professional Placement in Sustainability and Circular Design at ReCyrcle.

Leticia Suarez has an extensive education history. Leticia is currently enrolled in an MSc Sustainability, Entrepreneurship and Design program at Brunel University London, where they are studying Environmental Science. In 2021, they will be completing a Certified UX Designer (Specialization in UI Design) program at CareerFoundry. In the past, Leticia has obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts (B.F.A.) and a Bachelor of Fine Arts - BFA from Montclair State University, both in Industrial and Product Design. Additionally, Leticia has obtained various certifications, including Carbon, GHGs, Foot Printing, Accounting and Management from IEMA, Circular Economy Pioneer - From Linear to Circular London 2020 from the Ellen MacArthur Foundation, Teaching Certificate HEAR - READY Programme 2020/2021 from Brunel University London, Train the Trainer Certificate - READY Programme from Brunel University London, Introduction to Auditing and Evaluating Behaviour Change Training - IEMA Approved from IEMA, and Start Up your start-up: Virtual Bootcamp 2020 from Brunel University London.
