Vivian Tsai

Vivian Tsai is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leading global operations and driving business success across various industries. Currently serving as VP and Global Head of Air, Car, Packages, and Cruise lines of business at Expedia Group, Vivian oversees teams focused on enhancing brand awareness and customer loyalty in North America and APAC markets. Prior roles include leading retail and payments marketing at Google Play, heading national strategy and operations for Google Hardware, and serving as VP of Global eCommerce at UNIQLO, where digital sales performance was significantly boosted. Vivian's background also includes consulting for eCommerce businesses and various leadership positions at Macy's and Gap Inc. Vivian holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA in Economics from Stanford University.
