Borin Ouch

Borin Ouch is a Staff Software Engineer at Expedition Co. Borin has also worked as a Software Engineer at PayPal and as a Software Developer at TIO Networks Corp.

Borin has extensive experience in web development, particularly in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Borin played a crucial role in transitioning TIO's web applications into the era of the modern web, using bootstrap to create slick interfaces that are responsive to any device. Borin also used knockout.js to create applications with dynamic real-time updates.

In addition to front-end development, Borin is also skilled in back-end development using C# and ASP.Net. Borin has been called on to solve issues arising from integrating the back end with the front end, and has proven himself capable of finding robust and elegant solutions regardless of how a certain feature was originally created.

Beyond web development, Borin has also helped create an ActiveX module that interacts with hardware such as a receipt printer and hardware scanner. Borin has also helped solve an issue with the Android mobile app.

Borin Ouch completed a diploma in Game Art & Design from the Art Institute of Vancouver Burnaby. They also attended Riverside Secondary School. They have certification from Cockroach University in Getting Started with CockroachDB, Redis Labs in Redis Streams, Redis Labs in RediSearch, Redis Labs in Introduction to Redis Data Structures, Coursera Verified Certificates in Cryptography, Coursera Verified Certificates in Software Security, and Redis Labs in Redis Security.
