Maddy Settle

Maddy Settle is a Senior UX Designer at Expel since January 2023, bringing extensive experience in user experience design. Previously, Maddy served as Lead UX Designer at GoGuardian from March 2021 to January 2023, overseeing the design of GoGuardian Admin and managing a team of designers while collaborating with cross-functional groups. In earlier roles at Edmentum, Maddy progressed from Junior User Experience Designer to Senior Experience Designer, focusing on accessibility, motivational elements for students, and usability testing for various products, including the flagship Study Island. Early career experiences include User Experience Contractor and Apprentice roles at The Nerdery and a Digital Imaging Editor position at Stoutonia. Maddy earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design from the University of Wisconsin-Stout.
