Dave Kudek

Dave Kudek is an experienced HR professional with a diverse background in labor and employee relations. Currently serving as HR Manager at Ahlstrom-Munksjö since October 2018, Kudek previously held HR Manager positions at Expera Specialty Solutions and Federal-Mogul Corporation, focusing on employee relations in large manufacturing environments. Additionally, Kudek has extensive experience in overseeing labor relations as the Director of Employee Relations at Mercury Marine and as Regional HR Manager for Saputo Cheese, managing multiple manufacturing plants. Kudek began their career as a Senior HR Representative at American Dairy Brands. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Labor and Industrial Relations from UW-Milwaukee and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater.
