Emilia Jakob

Emilia Jakob is a highly experienced professional with a background in psychology and extensive expertise in training and development. As a Partner and Chief Consultant at EXPERD Consultant since September 2004, Emilia specializes in developing and delivering soft skills training modules, including Service Excellence and Presentation Skills. Prior to this, Emilia served as a Training Manager and Training Consultant at PT Javabooks Indonesia, where responsibilities included sales achievement for children's and cookbooks and liaising with international distributors. Emilia's career began at PT Astra Otoparts as an HR Supervisor, focusing on training needs analysis and evaluating training programs. Academically, Emilia holds a Bachelor's and a Master's degree in Psychology from the University of Indonesia.
