Jonathan Frey

Jonathan Frey is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in data science and product development. As Co-Founder and Principal Consultant at Peninsula Business Intelligence, LLC since June 2016, and a Data Scientist at Experfy from 2015 to present, Jonathan specializes in data analysis and modeling. Previously, Jonathan served as Director of Operations Intelligence and Data Scientist at Taco Bell Corporation, where responsibilities included data mining across multiple departments and developing data models for customer feedback. Jonathan also held roles as Director of Sensory and Knowledge Discovery at Taco Bell, responsible for consumer product testing, and as Manager of Product Development at Mars, Inc., focusing on pet food products. Early in the career, Jonathan worked as a Research Scientist at Kraft, Inc., developing cheese ripening systems. Academic credentials include a Ph.D. in Bacteriology and Food Microbiology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
