Gina Larkin is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in talent management, leadership development, and marketing. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Talent Management for North America at Experian, Gina leads efforts to align talent management with business strategy while overseeing various initiatives related to learning, leadership development, and organizational culture. Previously, as Co-Founder and Managing Partner at Upwardley, Gina was instrumental in creating a leadership development consulting practice focused on cultivating corporate leadership capabilities. Gina also founded Gina Larkin Coaching, providing executive coaching services to technology clients, and held multiple leadership roles at Visa Inc., where significant contributions included launching Visa Checkout and directing marketing strategies for major financial institutions.
