Lesley Wilkinson

Lesley Wilkinson is an accomplished professional in talent management and leadership development with extensive experience in the financial services and technology sectors. Currently serving as Chief Talent Officer at Experian since August 2021, Lesley focuses on cultivating talent and leadership capabilities while driving agile workforce strategies. Previously, from June 2017 to August 2021, Lesley held the position of Global Head of Talent and Learning at ING, where responsibilities included developing organizational capabilities and enhancing diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. Lesley’s career at Citi spanned from 2000 to 2017, during which time significant roles included Managing Director and Head of Talent EMEA. Lesley's educational background includes an MBA from Lancaster University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Loughborough University.
