Lemuel Brown

Lemuel Brown has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Human Resources Director at Experience Columbia SC since February 2021. Previously, Lemuel held various positions within Richland County Government from August 2015 to February 2021, including Supervisor of Human Resources, HR Analyst, and Employment & Benefits Coordinator.
