Masato Hirose

Masato Hirose is a seasoned professional in the recruitment industry with extensive experience specializing in the Industrial and Automotive sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Industrial Practice at Experis Executive since June 2022, Masato leads the establishment of a new division focused on Electronics, Automotive, Industrial Software, Machinery, Chemicals, and Renewable Energy, overseeing a small team and managing the full-cycle recruiting process. Previously, at JAC Group from January 2016 to May 2022, Masato held various management roles, overseeing multiple teams and leading projects aimed at enhancing service quality and achieving key performance indicators.
