Eric Hardy

Eric Hardy has significant work experience in software development and IT analysis. Eric started their career as a Software Developer/Analyst at Soft Pointe in 2000, where they worked with clients in various industries to implement custom business solutions. Eric also served as the project lead and point of contact for their team. During this time, they gained expertise in SQL Server, MSDE, Microsoft Access, and Oracle.

In 2004, Eric joined a la mode, Inc. as a Computer Programmer, where they worked in a team environment developing Microsoft Visual Studio .Net web applications using VB.Net, C#, and ADO.

From 2006 to 2007, Eric worked as a Software Developer at Prototyping Management Corp. Eric developed various windows/web based applications and created new features for an online dashboard that allowed clients to track CRM information. Eric also maintained various web services that handled the dashboard's business rules.

In 2007, Eric joined Conexus Inc as a Software Developer. Here, they worked in a team environment developing windows/web based asset tracking applications for the Department of Defense and commercial clients. Eric gained experience with technologies such as Microsoft Visual Studio .Net 2008, Microsoft SQL Server 2008, LINQ to SQL, and WPF.

In 2010, Eric transitioned to State of Utah DTS as an IT Analyst II. Eric served in this role until 2019, gaining expertise in IT analysis and management.
