Ilona Vass

Ilona Vass is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership communication, business development, and education. Currently serving as an Alumni Mentor at the Expert Author Community and owner of ilonavass.com since April 2023, Ilona has been the Founding Director of Dancing with the Dragons since 2009, focusing on reforming workplace communication for various organizations. In addition, Ilona has held a lecturing position at ICMS International College of Management Sydney since 2012, sharing insights on multi-generational workplace challenges. As an Advisory Board Member at RestartUs since 2019, Ilona contributes to initiatives aimed at aiding reintegration for individuals involved with the correctional justice system. Previous roles include Associate Consultant at LIW, Career and Business Coaching contractor at Human Capital Holdings, and various managerial positions at Austrian Airlines, including Country Manager for Australia & New Zealand. Ilona holds a Master's degree in Sinology & Ethnology/Anthropology from the University of Vienna.
