Jacqui Clarke

Jacqui Clarke is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as the Chair at SMEG Australia and holding positions as a Non-Executive Director at Cleary Bros Group and BKI Investment Company Limited, Jacqui also co-founded Maxima Private and leads Jacqui Clarke Consulting. With a prior tenure as a Partner at Deloitte Australia for 11 years, Jacqui specialized in advising High Net Worth individuals and family business owners. Jacqui has actively participated in numerous committees, notably as Chair of the Finance, Audit, and Risk Committee for the Humpty Dumpty Foundation. Education credentials include a Bachelor of Business from the University of Technology Sydney, as well as various programs at INSEAD and the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
