Lea Rausch

Lea Rausch is an accomplished community activator and launch lead at Expert Author Community, where the mission is to support business owners in becoming authors of reputation-building books. Currently serving as a correspondent and guest writer for Overnight Success, Rausch focuses on enhancing the visibility of Australian startup stories. In addition to mentoring at Blackbird Giants, Rausch is actively involved as a startup mentor at Startupbootcamp and as founder of LMR Consulting LLC. With a background in marketing operations from Citizen, Rausch also participates in community-building initiatives through The Community Collective and Folklore Ventures. Rausch holds a Bachelor of Science in Public Relations, Psychology, and Marketing from the University of Miami, alongside various credentials in business administration and management.
