Aanchal Bisht

Aanchal Bisht has a diverse range of work experience. Aanchal has been working as a Talent Sourcer at Expert Executive Recruiters since November 2020. Prior to that, they held a role in Business Development at the same company from December 2019 to March 2020. Aanchal also served as an HR Executive at Mind Power Financial Consultant from February 2017 to February 2018, where they were responsible for recruitment and sourcing candidates. Before that, they worked as a Human Resources Assistant at KMC PLASTOCHEM from September 2016 to March 2017, focusing on compliance and recruitment planning. Additionally, Aanchal gained experience as a Trainee in Recruitment and Selection at Okaya Power Group in July and August 2016. Aanchal also participated in the Management Trainee Program at Future Group in August 2015.

Aanchal Bisht began their education in 2011 at Shri Guru Ram Rai Public School in India, where they pursued an intermediate degree in commerce. Aanchal then went on to attend Hemwati Nandan Bahuguna Garhwal University from 2013 to 2015, where they obtained a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a focus in Business/Commerce. Following that, they enrolled in GRAPHIC ERA HILL UNIVERSITY from 2015 to 2017, earning a Master of Business Administration degree with a specialization in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration.
