Adam Callow

Adam Callow has had a varied and successful career in the business and construction industries. Adam began their career in 2009 as a Salesperson for SSE plc, where they quickly exceeded their targets and became the top performer in their region. In 2010, they moved to Excell Group as a Telesales Supervisor, managing a team of seven and setting KPI's and incentives. In 2013, they co-founded Expert Trades and served as both Co-Founder & Chairman and Co-Founder CEO. In 2022, they joined The Growth Foundation as the Director of Business Innovation and Board Trustee at Construction Charity Band of Builders. Adam has helped businesses to show them the right way to grow across all their foundations, from eCommerce to brand, CRM to talent, with spectacular results.

Adam Callow attended Repton from 2003 to 2008, where they obtained a degree in Business Studies, Economics, Theatre Studies and Maths. Adam is currently enrolled in EMCC Global, where they are working towards a Diploma of Education in Transformational Coaching & Mentoring.
