Jay Prabhu

Jay Prabhu serves as Executive Vice President and General Counsel at Reversal Therapeutics, Inc., Nanocan Therapeutics Corporation, and ExpertConnect Litigation Support, LLC since April 2024. Prior to these roles, Jay Prabhu was a Senior Trial Counsel and Chief of the Cybercrime Unit at the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Eastern District of Virginia from October 2007 to April 2024. Jay Prabhu also held positions as Senior Counsel and Trial Attorney at the Computer Crime & Intellectual Property Section of the U.S. Department of Justice from July 2002 to October 2007, and worked as an Associate at Wilmer, Cutler & Pickering from September 1996 to June 2002. Earlier experience includes a Summer Associate position at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom in 1995 and Winthrop, Stimson, Putnam & Roberts in 1994. Academic qualifications include a Juris Doctor from Harvard Law School, a Master in Public Policy from Harvard Kennedy School, and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Economics from Boston College.
