David Torres

David Torres, PhD, currently serves as Chief Growth Officer at In Tandem, a company dedicated to amplifying youth voices in decision-making. Simultaneously, David acts as CEO and advisor at ExpiWell, an innovative platform focused on capturing real-time experiential data to provide a holistic understanding of individuals. Previously, David was the Head of Growth at Character Lab, a nonprofit aimed at leveraging scientific insights to promote the well-being of young people. David's earlier experience includes a role as Senior Manager of Strategic Research at Halverson Group, Inc., and various academic positions as a researcher and instructor at Purdue University and Marquette University. David holds a PhD in Organizational Communication, Data Analysis & Research Methodology from Purdue University, as well as both an MA in Communication Studies and a BS in Selling and Sales Management.
