Adrián Pedroza is the National Executive Director of Abriendo Puertas/Opening Doors. They are also the National Director of Strategic Partnerships at the same organization. In addition, they are a Consultant. Adrián is an Ascend Fellow at The Aspen Institute, a Board Member at Brazelton Touchpoints Center and National Parent Leadership Institute (NPLI), and Chair of the Board of Directors at Rio Grande Community Development Corporation. They also serve as a member of the Board of Directors - Executive Committee at Explora Science Center and Children's Museum, NM Board Member at CHI St Joseph Children's Health, and Agency Instructor at New Mexico Highlands University. In the past, they held positions such as Social Enterprise Project Lead and Executive Director at Partnership for Community Action Inc., as well as served on the Leadership Advisory at City Alive. Adrián holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Policy and Planning from UNM Anderson School of Management and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from The University of New Mexico. Additionally, they completed the 2018 Emergent Learning Certification Cohort and attended Florida International University - College of Business.
