Kristin Wise

Kristin Wise, SHRM-CP, is an accomplished Organizational Development Manager at Explorer Pipeline since August 2016, where responsibilities include evaluating training needs and developing programs to enhance individual and organizational performance. Previously, Kristin served as a Training Developer at Apple, creating innovative training solutions in collaboration with global teams, and held several managerial roles at DIRECTV, including Customer Interaction Manager, overseeing a large team and focusing on customer experience. Kristin’s early career included positions at West Corporation, where responsibilities included quality assurance and customer care. Kristin holds two Bachelor of Science degrees in Organizational Leadership from Southern Nazarene University.
