Sheldon Mallory

Sheldon Mallory is an experienced sales and operations professional with a strong history in consultative solutions and business intelligence. Currently serving as Inside Sales Training Manager and previously as Inside Sales Supervisor at Expo Home Improvement since May 2021, Sheldon has also worked as a Business Operations Consultant at Mallory Consulting and managed operations at EVO Credit Processing as Call Center Manager. Prior roles include Operations Manager and Business Development at Secured Field Services, LLC, and National Sales Manager at EJES, Inc. Sheldon holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Baylor University, obtained between 1993 and 1997.
