Alexey Aleksandrov

Alexey Aleksandrov has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several banks and financial institutions. Alexey most recently served as the Vice President Head of Private Banking at RCB BANK LTD since June 2021. Prior to this, they held various leadership roles such as Vice President, Head of Private Banking & Individual Banking at Expobank CZ a.s., Senior Vice President, Head of Private Banking at Norvik Banka, and Board Member, Deputy Chairman, Head of Retail at Ukrgasbank. Alexey also had a long and successful tenure at UkrSibbank BNP Paribas Group, where they served in multiple positions including Board Member, Deputy Chairman, Head of Private Banking, Head of Private Banking, Counsel to the Chairman of the Board, Head of Middle-office, Back-office Department, and Head of International Payment System Division "GEO" (smart-cards). Alexey started their career in 1996 at Joint-Stock Bank NADRA as an Economist at the Currency Control Department. With their expertise in private banking, wealth management, retail banking, and treasury operations, Alexey has demonstrated a strong track record of achieving business growth and managing large-scale projects within the banking industry.

Alexey Aleksandrov has a diverse educational background. Alexey obtained their Doctor of Economic Sciences (D.Sc.) degree in Finance, specializing in Private Banking & Wealth Management, from the National Scientific Research Institute, Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine between 2013 and 2014. Prior to that, they pursued an Executive MBA at the International Management Institute (MIM-Kyiv), completing the program between 2009 and 2011. In 2001 to 2003, Alexey Aleksandrov earned their Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Economic Sciences from V. N. Karazin Kharkiv National University. Additionally, they obtained a Marketing degree from Kharkiv State Institute of Physical Education in 1996, following their completion of studies as a Radioengineer-designer at Kharkiv National University of Radioelectronics from 1991 to 1996.

In addition to their formal education, Alexey Aleksandrov has obtained two certifications in Customer Experience Strategy and Customer Service Strategy from LinkedIn in November 2023.
