Sławomir Pliszka has extensive experience in various roles related to CRM and marketing automation. Sławomir currently works at expondo as the Head of CRM and Marketing Automation, where they specialize in e-commerce omnichannel communication, promotional campaigns, product recommendations, and customer insights. Sławomir also served as a Business Development Director at Gemius, where they were responsible for audience research solutions. Sławomir has experience in company management and coordinating internet audience measurement as the CEO of Polskie Badania Internetu. Sławomir also held the position of Research Director at Polskie Badania Internetu, where they supervised internet research and cooperation with international partners.
Sławomir has previous experience as a Partner at Etno boutique Etnikana, where they managed the online store, handled accounting and legal matters, and coordinated supplier relationships. Sławomir was also self-employed as a Traveller during the years 2005-2008.
Earlier in their career, Sławomir worked at Grupa Wirtualna Polska as the Head of the research team, conducting marketing research and collaborating with external agencies. Sławomir also served as a Member of the Supervisory Board at Polskie Badania Internetu, overseeing the company's management and participating in internet measurement standardization efforts.
Before moving into the field of marketing research, Sławomir was a Research Project Manager at PBS Sp. z o.o., where they designed and coordinated quantitative marketing research projects. Sławomir also gained experience as a volunteer teacher at Kenya ICYE.
Throughout their career, Sławomir has demonstrated expertise in CRM, marketing automation, audience research, internet audience measurement, and quantitative research methodologies.
Sławomir Pliszka has a diverse education history. Sławomir completed their post-graduate studies in Salesforce CRM and Marketing Automation at Kozminski University from 2021 to 2022. Prior to that, in 2019 and 2020, they participated in the Sputnik Photos Mentoring Programme, focusing on documentary photography. In 2003 and 2004, they pursued postgraduate studies in Business Psychology for Managers at Kozminski University. Their educational journey began at the University of Gdansk, where they obtained a Master of Arts degree in Psychology from 1992 to 1997.
In addition to their formal education, Sławomir Pliszka has also obtained several certifications. Sławomir completed the SALESmanago CDP Marketing Automation certification from SALESmanago in March 2022. In October and November 2019, they completed the Exponea Academy Fundamentals Course and the Exponea Academy Data into Revenue Course, respectively, at Exponea.
