At Exponent Partners, Richard has held roles such as Product Director, Director of Software Innovation, Product Manager & Solution Architect, and CRM Consultant / Technical Architect. In their previous roles, Richard has worked on developing custom solutions for human services agencies and implementing CRM systems for businesses and nonprofits.
