Ryan Wade

Ryan Wade has a diverse work experience in various industries. Ryan started their career at Merck as a Manufacturing Facilitator, where they were responsible for technical support and managing production operations. Ryan then worked at the University of Pennsylvania as a Graduate Research Assistant, focusing on designing and characterizing biomimetic hydrogels. Ryan later joined Exponent, where they held various roles including Associate, Senior Associate, Manager, and currently Senior Manager. At Exponent, they worked as a Scientific Consultant, specializing in solving complex technical problems for industries such as plastics, bioplastics, pharmaceuticals, and biotechnology. Additionally, Ryan has also served as an Adjunct Professor at Drexel University in the School of Biomedical Engineering, Science, and Health Systems.

Ryan Wade completed their education in Materials Science and Engineering. From 2004 to 2008, they attended The Johns Hopkins University, earning a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree. Subsequently, from 2010 to 2015, they pursued a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree at the University of Pennsylvania. Both degrees were in the field of Materials Science and Engineering.
