Liz Whitman

Liz Whitman has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Liz is currently the Founder & CEO of Exponent Beauty, a position they have held since March 2019. Prior to that, Liz was an Investment Partner at XFactor Ventures starting from July 2017.

From September 2018 to February 2020, Liz served as a Member of the Board of Directors at The Red Door by Elizabeth Arden. Before that, they held the position of President and Chief Marketing Officer at the company, with roles starting from October 2017 and August 2016, respectively. Liz also worked as the President of The Red Door at Work (Omni-Channel Division) from November 2015 to August 2016.

Liz co-founded Manicube in July 2012, a company that offers beauty and wellness services in corporate offices across multiple cities in the United States. Liz served as the Co-Founder until November 2015. Prior to that, Liz was the Head of Marketing for BeautyBar.com at Quidsi Inc., a subsidiary of Amazon, from April 2011 to July 2012.

Liz also gained experience at American Express as a Senior Manager in the Product Management Team from August 2009 to April 2011, overseeing the Delta Air Lines co-brand credit card portfolio. Liz started their career at Aronsson Group as a Summer Intern in June 2008 and later co-founded and served as the CEO of Lewis Albert Design LLC from May 2005 to September 2007.

Liz Whitman pursued their BA degree in History from Harvard University, where they attended from 2002 to 2006. Following their undergraduate studies, they enrolled in the Harvard Business School from 2007 to 2009, obtaining an MBA degree with a focus on General Management.
