As the Owner and Principal of Eats By Romel, expertise includes private catering and menu planning, focusing on healthier meal options tailored to clients' dietary needs. Previous roles include Culinary Manager at Rich Products Corporation, Corporate Chef at Natures Emporium, and Executive Chef at multiple hotels and culinary establishments.
