Meshen Moodley

Meshen Moodley is a seasoned specialist in Human Resources, BBBEE, Transformation, and Industrial Relations, with extensive experience across various sectors including FMCG, Agri Commodities, and Chemical Industries. Currently serving as the Business Lead for Transformation, Diversity & Industrial Relations at Export Trading Group since January 2022, Meshen also holds board positions within the Group. Previous roles include HR Head at Vamara Group, Group Human Resources and Legal Manager at The Lion Match Company, Group HR Manager at Beige Holdings Pty Limited, and Human Resources Manager at Cipla Medpro Manufacturing. Meshen began a career in human resources at Aspen Pharmacare. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Natal.
