Nisarg Shah has extensive experience in the commodities and operations sectors, currently serving as an Assistant Manager at Export Trading Group since October 2020, where responsibilities include managing a commercial portfolio of cocoa, overseeing export operations, and ensuring sustainability. Previously, Nisarg held a Global Management Trainee position focused on sourcing and export operations in cocoa and cashew, as well as fertilizer distribution. Academic qualifications include a Master's in Business Administration in International Business from the Indian Institute of Foreign Trade and a Bachelor's in Technology in Chemical Engineering from Dharmsinh Desai University. Additional experience includes a Senior Club Coordinator role at the Indian Institute of Foreign Trade and a summer internship at JSW, along with a significant tenure as Shift Team Lead at Gujarat State Fertilizers & Chemicals Limited, emphasizing operational efficiency and safety.
