William Bolin has a strong background in business transformation and change management, with experience in companies such as PayPal, IBM, and Expressworks International. William founded Gladius Transformation Services to help organizations achieve success through leader development and strategic management system deployment. With a Master of Arts in Applied Behavioral Science from Bastyr University and a Bachelor of Science in Geological Engineering from New Mexico State University, William is well-equipped to provide expertise in strategic change implementation, Lean Six Sigma, and business process improvement for their clients.
