Srinivas Madhavam

Srinivas Madhavam has been working in the corporate world since 2008. Srinivas's first job was as an Engineer - Projects at BGR Energy Systems Ltd, where they were responsible for project management and execution of large power projects, as well as the design of material handling plants for power projects of 500 MW and more. In 2011, they founded and became CEO of VDeliver, India's first point to point Intra City Logistics startup. Through 2017, they expanded the company to Hyderabad & Secunderabad and acquired a company that serves Tier II & III. VDeliver has fulfilled close more than a million deliveries with its own fleet and is one of the very few companies in this segment to achieve profitability. In 2015, Srinivas became a Fellow of the Startup Leadership Program, and in 2016-17 they took on the role of Co Program Lead. Most recently, in 2018, they founded and became CEO of Exprs, a grid of Connected Hubs across Gated Communities, Tech Parks, and other high demand clusters. Each connected hub unleashes the power of proximity by connecting the spaces and people around with technology.

Srinivas Madhavam obtained a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from Sri Venkateswara University between 2004 and 2008. In 2015, they were awarded a Fellow certification from the Startup Leadership Program.
