Abdul Kasoma

Abdul Kasoma has a diverse work experience spanning from 2004 to present. Abdul started their career as a Housing Officer at the London Borough of Camden in February 2004 and worked there until July 2005. From September 2004 to December 2005, they worked as a Business Studies Teacher at St. Mary's Church of England High School in Hendon.

Subsequently, from September 2005 to July 2006, Abdul worked as an Outsourced Staff at Select Appointments. In January 2006, they joined Exquisite Solution Limited as a Business Director, a position which they currently hold.

In 2010, Abdul became a Founding Member of the Uganda Business Process Outsourcing Association and a Member of Chatham House. Abdul is currently serving as a Member of the Advisory Committee for BPOs at the National Information Technology Authority - Uganda (NITA-U) starting from October 2021.

Overall, Abdul Kasoma has gained extensive experience in various sectors including education, housing, recruitment, business development, and advisory roles.

Abdul Kasoma completed their Msc in Public Policy and Management from Birkbeck, University of London in the year 2005. Prior to that, from 2001 to 2003, they pursued their M.A. in Ethics and Public Management at Makerere University. Before their university studies, Abdul attended Kibuli Secondary School, where they completed their UACE. Additionally, they also obtained a B.A (Ed) degree with a focus on Economics, Geography, and Education from Makerere University, but the specific duration of this program was not provided.
