James Wasoti is a seasoned professional specializing in customer experience and human resources. Currently serving as a Customer Experience Manager and Client Relationship Manager at Exquisite Solution Limited since November 2017, James has a strong background in performance management, staff appraisal, conflict management, recruitment, and mentorship. Previously, James held the role of Internal Business Partner at NFT Consult, where expertise in human resources was further developed.
