Patricia Ankunda

Patricia Ankunda is an experienced professional in client relationship management, currently serving as the Client Relationship Manager at Exquisite Solution Limited since August 2019. Prior to this role, Patricia held various positions at MTN Uganda from January 2015 to July 2019, including Buffer Team Leader and Customer Service Advisor. Patricia possesses a strong academic foundation, having earned a Bachelor's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Makerere University (2011-2015), a Certificate in Training of Trainers in Human Resources Development from Uganda Management Institute in November 2021, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management and Development from the same institution (July 2022 - August 2023).
