Dave R. has a diverse background in commercial real estate and entrepreneurship, currently serving as a Commercial Associate at EXR since July 2023. Previous experience includes an Associate role at Neon Wave from March 2022 to January 2023 and an internship at Moore Corporate Real Estate in mid-2022. Dave co-founded On the Bay Clothing in 2017, inspired by an E-commerce class taken during high school that fostered an interest in modern marketing and online business management. Dave holds a Bachelor's degree in History and Entrepreneurial Studies from Hobart and William Smith Colleges, earned between 2019 and 2023, following graduation from Irondequoit High School in 2018.
