Jean Marc Penelon

Jean Marc Penelon is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in commercial operations and leadership roles. Currently serving as Executive Managing Director and Deputy Director General responsible for Commercial Operations and Foreign subsidiaries at EXSTO Group since November 2004, Jean Marc previously held the position of Commercial Director before becoming Director General in 2012. Prior to EXSTO, Jean Marc worked as Director of Sales and Marketing for the Plastics Division at Mecelec from October 1996 to November 2004, focusing on key customer accounts and merging activities with Nobel Composites in 2003. Earlier career roles include Product Manager in the Telecom division and Public Works Engineer at SACER from October 1990 to July 1996. Jean Marc earned a Master of Engineering (M.Eng.) in Mechanical Engineering from Arts et Métiers - École Nationale Supérieure d'Arts et Métiers, graduating in 1990, having previously attended Lycée Technologique CLUNY from 1984 to 1987.
