Mark Phillips has a diverse work experience starting from 1990 to 2015. Mark began their career as a Human Resources Generalist at McDonnell Douglas and later worked as an HR Recruiter at Exigent International, Inc. Mark then served as a Human Resources Manager at Teleplace Inc and Fusion Telecommunications International. Later, they joined TriQuint Semiconductor as a Senior Human Resources Manager, leading a team responsible for generalist activities. From 2012 to 2015, they worked as an Organizational Development Consultant at a.i. solutions, driving cultural and leadership change within the division. Currently, they are serving as the Human Resources Director at Extant Aerospace, where they played a crucial role in the company's growth by establishing direction for people engagement activities and implementing various HR initiatives.
Mark Phillips obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Central Florida from 1985 to 1989. Mark then pursued a Master of Arts degree in Human Resources Development from Webster University, which they completed between 1991 and 1993. Mark Phillips furthered their education by earning a Master of Science degree in Management from the University of Florida from 2021 to 2023.
