Alan Mai

Alan Mai is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in technical support and IT management. Currently serving as an IT Support Analyst at Extell since August 2022, Alan has previously held positions as a Technical Support Analyst at Citrin Cooperman from February 2017 to August 2022 and as a Technical Support Specialist at Tech Savvy Team from October 2015 to January 2017. Additional experience includes an IT/Helpdesk Internship at Massey Knakal Realty Services in mid-2014 and a Data Center/ASHR Internship at the New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene during the summer of 2013. Alan Mai holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Systems from Stony Brook University, completed in 2014, and is a graduate of Brooklyn Technical High School.
