Chantelle Mann

Chantelle Mann is an experienced professional in social services, currently serving as the Team Lead Manager, Direct Support Person, and Funding Coordinator at Extend-A-Family Waterloo Region since May 2017, where responsibilities include coordinating Passport Funding and managing a caseload of 100 individuals.
