Anima Bajpai

Anima Bajpai is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project and client delivery management, particularly in the retail and technology sectors. Currently serving as a Client Delivery Manager in Professional Services at Extenda Retail since March 2022, Anima is responsible for ensuring quality delivery for customers in the Nordics and successfully led the rollout of Hii Checkout across three countries. Prior experience at Tata Consultancy Services includes roles as Project Portfolio Manager, where Anima managed over 50 projects across eight APAC markets, achieving significant process improvements and high customer satisfaction rates. Additionally, Anima has expertise in digital technology marketing, project management within a major airline, and healthcare solutions, having contributed to strategic initiatives and large deals exceeding USD 200 million. Anima holds an MBA in Marketing from IBS Hyderabad and a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from Barkatullah University.
