Michael Casper has diverse work experience in various industries. Michael started their career as a Civil Engineer Technician with the Forestry Service, Hoosier National Forest in 1999. Michael then joined the Peace Corps as an Education/ICT Volunteer from 2000 to 2003. Following that, they worked as a Senior Engineer at Byers Engineering from 2004 to 2008. From 2009 to 2011, they served as an ISP Technician at ATMC Telecom.
In 2011, they became an Intern Africa Operations at iDE (formerly International Development Enterprises). Michael also interned at the Mile High Chapter, American Red Cross, where they were involved in the Native American Community Partnership Initiative from January to June 2012. Later that year, they worked as a Community Partnership Associate at the American Red Cross for a brief period in December.
In 2013, they joined Access Mobile, Inc as an Analyst/Project Manager from January to June. Later that year, they joined ExtenData, assuming the role of Business Analyst/Project Manager, which they currently hold. In addition to their employment, they pursued higher education as a Graduate Student at the University of Denver from 2011 to 2014.
Michael Casper completed their education with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Geography from Indiana University Bloomington in the period of 1995 to 1999. Following that, they pursued a Master's degree in International Development with a concentration in Humanitarian Assistance from the Josef Korbel School of International Studies at the University of Denver. This occurred between 2011 and 2013. Furthermore, Michael Casper obtained certifications such as the Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) from Cisco Technologies in July 2006 and the Cisco Express Foundation Field Specialist (CXFF) from Cisco Technologies in July 2012.
