Jaclyn Diana Rn

Jaclyn Diana RN is an experienced healthcare professional with a strong background in home care administration and clinical services. Currently serving as an Administrator at Extended Home Care since March 2022, Jaclyn previously held the same position at Personal Touch Home Care from January 2016 to June 2022. Prior experience includes roles as Assistant Director of Clinical Services at ArchCare and Manager of Quality and Staff Development at the Visiting Nurse Association of Staten Island. Jaclyn began their career as a Managed Care RN/Field Nurse and Medical Surgical Nurse at St Vincents Catholic Medical Center.
