Laura Panepinto

Laura Panepinto has a diverse work experience, beginning with their role as a Sales Advisor at Delta Sonic from 2007 to 2010. Laura then progressed within the company and worked as a Training Support Specialist from 2010 to 2015, followed by a role as a Training and Support Manager from 2015 to 2017. From 2017 to 2018, Laura served as an eLearning Administrator at Delta Sonic. Laura then transitioned to the role of eLearning Manager from 2018 to 2019.

In 2019, Laura joined Delaware North as a Content Design Manager, focused on Operational Excellence. Laura held this position until 2020.

Laura’s next role was at Life Storage, where they served as a Content Designer from 2021 to 2022, and then as the Head of Learning and Development Content from 2022 to 2023.

Currently, Laura serves as the Director of Learning Content and Design at Extended Stay America since 2023.

From 2008 to 2011, Laura Panepinto attended the University at Buffalo, where they studied Accounting and Finance.
