Stephanie Bracero

Stephanie Bracero, MBA, has a diverse work experience spanning over 18 years. Stephanie currently works as a Customer Success Manager at Extensiv, starting in January 2022. Prior to this role, Stephanie held various positions at European Wax Center from 2014 to 2020. Stephanie initially joined as a Designated Manager and quickly achieved outstanding results, including increasing the number of customers receiving services and leading the store to break $2MM in total sales. Stephanie then received a promotion to Director of Operations, where they served as the point of contact for all HR and employee relations matters across nine franchised locations.

Before joining European Wax Center, Stephanie worked at Planet Fitness as a General Manager from 2010 to 2014. In this role, they successfully managed the daily operations of a 22K square foot facility and oversaw the development and opening of three new locations. Stephanie prioritized providing a superior customer experience and fostering relationships within the community.

Earlier in their career, Stephanie worked as an IT Help Desk Support Specialist at Purchase College, SUNY from 2007 to 2010 and at Tourneau|Bucherer from 2004 to 2006.

Stephanie holds an MBA degree and has a strong track record of leadership, achieving revenue goals, and delivering excellent customer service.

Stephanie Bracero, MBA, pursued their Master of Business Administration degree in Management from Long Island University from 2021 to 2023. Before that, they obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology from Purchase College, SUNY, where they studied from 2006 to 2010.
