Emily Welborn started their work experience in 2008 as a Team Member at Chick-fil-A. Emily then worked as a Day Camp Counselor at Augusta Jewish Community Center from 2009 to 2010. In 2010, they joined Stan Johnson Jewelers as a Sales representative until 2015. In 2015, they had a brief internship as a Student Intern at Piedmont Healthcare. Later in 2015, they began working at NAVEX Global, starting as a Client Support Technician. Throughout their time at NAVEX Global, Emily held various roles, including Premium Support Manager and Customer Success Manager. In 2019, Emily joined Zapproved as a Customer Success Manager and subsequently became a Solutions Engineer and Senior Solutions Engineer. Emily then transitioned to a Manager of Customer Success role. In 2023, they joined Exterro as the Director of Customer Success.
Emily Welborn attended Augusta University from 2011 to 2015, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Information Administration. Prior to that, in 2010 and 2011, they attended Georgia Institute of Technology.
