Shellie St Louis has over 25 years of work experience in technical writing and content development. Shellie began their career at ST Labs as a Marketing Writer and Coordinator, where they wrote and edited articles and marketing collateral. Shellie then worked at BSquare as a Technical Writer, creating user guides and developer guides for handheld PC applications. At Weyerhaeuser, they served as an Online Help Consultant, developing a Help system and writing content for an enterprise-wide inventory and accounting system. Shellie continued their contract work at Dexter + Chaney as an Online Help Consultant. Shellie then joined Aventail as a Technical Writer, where they wrote and designed online and printed publications for client/server software and hardware. Shellie also helped create and maintain departmental style guides and authoring templates. Shellie later worked at F5 Networks as a Technical Writer, responsible for vendor-specific printed publications for load-balancing software. At Envision Telephony, they produced user guides, online help, and training guides for telephony products used by call centers. Shellie moved to Nuance Communications as a Senior Technical Writer and spent eight years there, contributing to various technical publications. Most recently, they served as a Senior Content Developer at EMC Isilon, where they produced user guides and other documentation for a NAS storage platform. Currently, Shellie is working as a Principal Technical Writer at ExtraHop Networks.
Shellie St Louis completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in English at Western Washington University from 1989 to 1994.
