Rachel Saunders

Rachel Saunders has a diverse work experience in the field of HR and employment law. Rachel started their career at Venture UK PLC as an HR & Training Coordinator from August 2000 to July 2003. Rachel then joined Cheshire Police as a Senior HR Officer from September 2003 to June 2004, where they managed recruitment processes and supported the growth agenda of the police force. After that, they worked at Bakkavor as the Head of HR from June 2004 to September 2016, where they supported the company's growth through various acquisitions and managed a team of 10+. Rachel is currently with SunStone HR since September 2016, serving as an HR & Employment Law Consultant. Rachel'srole involves delivering outsourced HR services and supporting businesses with their people strategies.

Rachel Saunders obtained a PGDip in Human Resource Management & Development from The University of Manchester from 2004 to 2007. Rachel also has additional certifications such as Mentoring in the Workplace from CIPD, HAY Job Evaluation Foundation training from Korn Ferry Hay Group, NLP Diploma from ANLP INTERNATIONAL CIC, and MCIPD Qualified from CIPD.
