Jani Rybacki

Jani Rybacki is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in various HR functions, currently serving as Senior Human Resources Manager at Extrude Hone LLC since December 2015. Jani's responsibilities encompass recruiting, payroll, compensation, benefits, employee relations, counseling, and terminations as part of the Site Management Team. Prior to this role, Jani held positions in Kennametal, including Extrude Hone Administration and Incentive Compensation Analyst, and owned Knabe's Swim & Trophy Shop from May 2004 to September 2012.
